Parts Manufacturing

Working with aerospace-approved grade metals, our manufacturing processes include: routing, milling, turning and forming. We specialize in sheet metal details and assemblies, high-precision machining, TIG and spot welding, and production of fabricated metal parts to OEM specifications.

Analyses

Our engineering team provides analysis for all project installations leading to flight airworthiness certification, managed through our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA) calculations and proper fabrication techniques.

Repair and Overhaul

We have the capability to repair and overhaul aircraft components. These include landing gear, actuators, exhaust and duct repairs. We also have a full furnishings department that can overhaul seats, produce dress covers, cut and serge carpet, and repair or manufacture cargo nets.

Maintenance

Platform Aerospace has an experienced team of retired military and certified mechanics who perform phase and non-phase maintenance. We have supported several government customers on many different airframes. This gives our clients the surge capability to get their aircraft on the mission quicker with the least amount of aircraft on ground time.
